Icicle Fly-In @ Wolverhampton Halfpenny Green 16-02-2013

The first outing of the year came again in the form of the Icicle Fly-In with it's last minute location change to Halfpenny Green owing to it's scheduled location (Enstone) being too wet for camping. I feel that this late change of location combined with a total of 6 date changes being required to get a suitable weekend combined to give a smaller (particularly in terms of number of aircraft camping) but none-the-less respectable attendance when compared to previous years events  Hopefully the factors beyond human control are a little kinder to the event should it's organisers decide to run it again in 2014!
